A maximum of two (2) pets per unit is allowed. A $250 non-refundable pet fee and $40 monthly pet rent per pet apply. Each pet must weigh 45 lbs. or less. Management may limit the number, type, size, or breed of pets. Prohibited breeds, including mixes, include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull-type breeds, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, and Wolf Dog hybrids. Domestic birds and fish may be permitted with written approval. Fish tanks may not exceed 10 gallons. No reptiles or exotic animals.
